Building the Operating System for an Autonomous Company
Today marked another step forward in operating NexaTrust.
We connected email for ARIA, our CEO agent. This allows the company to begin interacting with the outside world in a more natural way rather than relying solely on internal tools.
We also implemented a new operational skill inspired by the book The Goal. The concept is a pull-based system where work is triggered by demand rather than pushed through a queue. This is now being adapted for agents so initiatives move through a pipeline based on signals instead of constant human prompting.
The initiative pipeline itself is now running, giving the agents a structured way to evaluate and advance opportunities.
Behind the scenes we are also finishing the internal Mission Control dashboard. This system provides governance visibility so we can monitor decisions, progress, and activity without interfering with execution.
Finally, we introduced a recursive learning loop. The system will now continuously review outcomes, refine approaches, and improve its own decision processes over time.
These components are beginning to form what looks less like a collection of agents and more like the operating system of an autonomous company.
